Find Your Scripture offers a 3-day refund window from the date of your first charge, for subscriptions purchased directly on our website. After 3 days, all website subscription charges are final. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. Subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play instead? See sections 2 and 3 below — those refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google, not by us.
Find Your Scripture provides free trial AI conversations before any charge is required. We want every subscriber to have the opportunity to experience the service before committing. If something isn't right within your refund window, contact us and we will make it right.
If you subscribed to Find Your Scripture Premium through the Apple App Store, your purchase was made directly with Apple, not with Arvane Media. Apple handles all billing and refunds for App Store purchases, and we have no ability to issue, expedite, or override an App Store refund on Apple's behalf.
To request a refund: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, find Find Your Scripture in your purchase history, and follow Apple's refund request steps. Apple reviews and decides each request according to their own policies.
If you subscribed through Google Play, your purchase was made directly with Google, not with Arvane Media. Google handles all billing and refunds for Google Play purchases, and we have no ability to issue, expedite, or override a Google Play refund on Google's behalf.
To request a refund: open the Google Play Store app, go to Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Order history, find the subscription, and select Request a refund. You can also visit Google's official refund help page for current steps. Google reviews and decides each request according to their own policies.

Before subscribing, Find Your Scripture offers free AI conversations so you can experience the service firsthand. Because a meaningful preview is available at no cost, our refund window is shorter than services with no trial access. We encourage you to use the free conversations before upgrading.
To request a refund within the 3-day window, email us at info@arvanemedia.com with the following:
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
To cancel, contact us at info@arvanemedia.com or manage your subscription through the billing portal link included in your subscription confirmation email. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings or the Google Play Store app instead — we cannot cancel those subscriptions on your behalf.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the service — such as the quiz not loading, scriptures not generating, or the AI chat not responding — please contact us immediately. We will either resolve the issue promptly or issue a refund for any affected billing period, regardless of the 3-day window. This applies to website subscriptions; App Store and Google Play subscribers should also report the issue to us, but any refund for those purchases must go through Apple or Google directly.
