The free verse delivery option (email-only) involves no payment and therefore no refund applies. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the service — such as the quiz not loading, verses not generating, or the payment checkout failing — please contact us immediately. We will either resolve the issue promptly or issue a refund for any affected billing period.
